The LP-1540ai is a High Powered 300 Mbps Access Point for the 2.4 GHz WiFi band for Outdoor service, PoE powered with Multiple Physical and Virtual interfaces that supports VLAN which is very convenient for delivering services of Data, Voice and Video Streaming.
The LP-1540ai was designed to be usable in a friendly manner and was beautifully designed for installation on roofs, resulting in a superb solution for delivering WiFi service to ample outdoor spaces with the added feature that lets you create VLANs.
The LP-1540ai supports Passive Power Over Ethernet (PoE), which allows for powering it through the data cable.
This excellent solution uses the IEEE802.11 11b, 11g, 11b/g, 11b/g/n Standards and a air transmission rate of 300 Mbps for equipment compliant with the 802.11n standard, in the 2412 MHz ~ 2484 MHz range of frequencies (Channels 1 ~ 14).
This radio uses a technologically leading chipset and an integrated directional antenna with a 14dBi gain for ample coverage and distance. LanPro has created a set of templates that facilitates the setup of this versatile radio in various configurations that take advantage of its functionalities, and can be downloaded from LP-1540ai downloads and also come included in the CD supplied with the unit. These templates are regularly updated to facilitate our clients work in a easy, fast and effective way of using the equipment.
This equipment supports the creation of virtual interfaces over physical interfaces like the two independent accesses from multi-AP’s over a single wireless interface.
