The LP-OC31XX is a family of Fiber Optic Cables LANPROFLEX™ is what the industry calls an Indoor metal free Opctical Fiber Cable, suitable for installation on overhead routes, and due to the non metallic construction, they may be installed in areas where there are high intensity electric fields like in the vicinity of high lightning density areas and high voltage lines, mostly in underground conduits or ducts or in aerial/lashed deployment for Indoor applications.
With two types of strength members, one made of Fiber Reinforced plastic (FRP) and the other made with Aramid® yarn, ensures tension-resistance and long-term stability in transmission. This cable possesses the properties of small outer diameter, light-weight, Zero Halogen jacket with flame-retardant that protects people when it takes fire;it is easy to strip with the help of its rip cord and is dry water blocked for protection against water absortion.
The use of high quality fiber cores like INFINICOR® and Clearcurve® multimode fibres and SMF-28e+™ by CORNING® for Single mode with low Water Peak characteristics result in a very low attenuation cable.
LANPROFLEX™ is the name we have given this family of cables because of its outstanding flexibility while protecting the fiber cores against excessive bending or pulling or crushing while manipulating. It is physically soft and allows direct connection between tight-buffered cableswith fusion or mechanical splices and/or connectors. It is suitable for installation and operation and also convenient for maintenance.
