The ATLAS model LP-A2729ai Industrial radio belongs to our family of NLOS (Near Line of Sight) products that allows the operator to economically make the most of the band by coupling proven 802.11a technology with state of the art RF amplifiers an efficient 18dBi panel integrated antenna. Our ATLAS Series provides the operator with all the advantages of NGN (New Generation Networking) transmission (OFDM, NLOS, efficient band utilization etc.) without a large capital investment. The initial cost of ownership for an operator growing into a new service area is immediately affordable. The ATLAS LP-A2729ai operates in the 2700MHz to 2900MHz band. The combination of NLOS from OFDM and 802.11a chipsets make this the most cost effective solution on the market for that band. Software selectable channel bandwidths of 5, 10 and 20 MHz giving 5.5, 10 and 20 Mbps throughput respectively. LanPro offers complete support for the deployment of solutions based on this technology. This series of radios have high power and coverage and is an excellent choice for SCADA applications. It is protocol transparent. |
